Eyesight in VR: Will headset adjust for a person's vision?

As an older person who wears glasses, I keep wondering if any of today's VR headsets are designed to adjust for one's eyesight, and how they do so. If not, does anyone know if such a feature is likely to appear in upcoming versions of these headsets?

With the Oculus Rift and HTC vive a lot of people use these headsets with glasses/contacts, as well the lenses of the Headset can be adjusted accordingly to find the best field of view pertaining to you specifically.

Thank you for your reply. To your knowledge, do the people you mention complain of headaches? Eye strain?
